Annual Meeting Schedule

Installation of exhibits will commence on Thursday, January 23, 2014, at 8:00 a.m. All exhibits must be fully installed by 5:00 p.m., Saturday, January 25, 2014. No installation work will be permitted after this time without special permission from the Society.
The Exhibit Hall will be open at the following times:
|Sunday, January 26, 2014||4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.|
|Monday, January 27, 2014||9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.|
|Tuesday, January 28, 2014||9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.|
Please keep in mind that all booths must remain intact until 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2014, and may not be dismantled or removed until that time. Early removal will result in a reduction of points for the 2015 STS Annual Meeting. Exhibits should be packed and ready to move by 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2014. Please inform booth personnel of this requirement so they can plan their departures accordingly.
The exhibition portion of the STS Annual Meeting will commence on Sunday, January 26, 2014, with a 50th Anniversary Opening Reception from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall. STS will serve a large anniversary cake following celebratory remarks by STS President Douglas E. Wood, MD. Exhibiting companies can also participate by providing food and/or beverages. Participants will have their company names and booth numbers included on the Opening Reception invitation that will be inserted in attendee meeting bags. Participants will also be listed on signage near the Exhibit Hall entrance. Submit your catering request by December 6, 2013 to Angel Law at alaw [at] sts [dot] org or (312) 202-5838.
An Exhibitor Lounge with refreshments will be provided courtesy of Arata Expositions. The lounge will be located in the Sago & Sabel Ballrooms at the Orlando World Center Marriott. The lounge hours are:
