The STS membership mailing list license is available to send STS-approved mailers only. The Society will determine if the submitted mailer is acceptable for dissemination to the STS membership. Each STS mailing list license is for one-time use only and only for the mailer approved. The STS mailing list may not, in whole or in part, be copied or reproduced in any way; nor can it be transferred to other parties.
Mailing List Format & Pricing

7,800 members - The list can be segmented by member type, geographic location, etc. Pricing does not change regardless of the segment chosen.
Request Process
Prepare your mailer and send a copy of the final version to Samantha McCarthy at smccarthy@sts.org. Please submit the final version of the mailer, with no edits or changes to be made. All aspects of the mailer are to be submitted for STS approval, including FDA status and other disclaimers, letters, business reply cards, brochures, etc.
We will review your mailer as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days from confirmation of receipt of your mailer for a decision. If your mailer is approved, an invoice and agreement will be sent via email.
Payment is required before the list is licensed. Faxed copies of checks are not acceptable; the check must arrive at STS Headquarters. If paying with corporate check, please remember to put the invoice number on the check. If paying with a major credit card, please note that STS must process the card to release the list; this may take 1-2 business days.
Once your mailer is approved and payment is processed, the requested list will be prepared and emailed to you.
STS does not license its members' phone/fax numbers or email addresses.

The mailing addresses that will be provided under this license have been entered into STS’s system by STS members, and STS has not independently verified or audited, itself or through third-party services, such mailing addresses. The addresses in STS’s system will be provided “AS IS,” and STS makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy of those addresses. STS will not make any attempt to investigate addresses that result in returned mailers.
