Quarterly Schedule 
The STS Data Warehouse is preparing for the STS Adult Cardiac Surgery Database 2016 Harvest 3. Here are the dates and important information you will need for submitting data.
Please note: If you have changed software vendors since you last harvested data to the STS Data Warehouse, or if your 10-digit Hospital NPI number or Hospital Name has changed, you need to contact Elizabeth Watkins (312-202-5858, ewatkins [at] sts [dot] org) at the STS Headquarters immediately.
Submit your data via the secured website. Please see the following link.
- Username = estsdata
- Password = harvest
2016 Harvest 3 Schedule:
- August 1, 2016 - First day to submit data file.
- August 19, 2016 - Data submissions end at 12 midnight Eastern time. (No data files will be processed after this date).
- August 26, 2016 - Final sign-off paperwork due by 5 PM Eastern time.
- End of October 2016 - National Report posted online.
Please note: The data capture window for 2016 Harvest 3: July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 is required.
Please note: All data from this time period must be in v2.81 format of the data specifications.

Duke is now using a secured email feature to send out your Data Quality Reports. Please find detailed instructions how to receive them here .
Data records back to January 1, 2000, can be submitted without additional requirements. Requests to submit data prior to January 1, 2000, requires special permission. Please contact your Data Submission Coordinator (DSC) at DCRI for instructions. To identify your DSC, please refer to the DSC map located at: Contact Us .
