2015 Fall Harvest

Please note: If you have changed software vendors since you last harvested data to the STS Data Warehouse, or if your 10-digit Hospital NPI number or Hospital Name has changed, you need to contact Gerard Tarafa (312-202-5858, gtarafa [at] sts [dot] org) at the STS Headquarters immediately.

The STS Data Warehouse is gearing up for the Fall 2015 General Thoracic Surgery Data Harvest. Here are the dates and information you will need for submitting data.

2015 Fall Harvest Schedule

  • September 7, 2015 - First day to submit data file
  • September 25, 2015 - Harvest data file submissions end
  • October 2, 2015 - Final sign-off paperwork due
  • Mid to late November 2015 - Final Report distribution - National Report posted online at: https://stsoutcomes.dcri.duke.edu/registry/

Data Capture Window

  • July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015- If this is your first time submitting data, procedure dates prior to January 1, 2013 may be submitted. Please contact your Data Submission Coordinator if you have any questions.
