Please note: If you have changed software vendors since you last harvested data to the STS Data Warehouse, or if your 10-digit Hospital NPI number or Hospital Name has changed, you need to contact Elizabeth Watkins (312-202-5828, ewatkins [at] sts [dot] org) at the STS Headquarters immediately.
The STS Data Warehouse is gearing up for the Fall 2016 General Thoracic Surgery Data Harvest. Here are the dates and information you will need for submitting data.

- September 5, 2016 - First day to submit data file
- September 23, 2016 - Harvest data submissions end
- September 30, 2016 - Final sign-off paperwork due
- Mid to late November 2016 - Final Report distribution

July 1, 2014 throughJune 30, 2016 If this is your first time submitting data, procedure dates prior to July 1, 2014 may be submitted. Please contact your Data Submission Coordinator if you have any questions.
