Please note: If you have changed software vendors since you last harvested data to the STS Data Warehouse, or if your 10-digit Hospital NPI number or Hospital Name has changed, you need to contact Susan Becker (312-202-5828, sbecker [at] sts [dot] org) at the STS Headquarters immediately.
The STS Data Warehouse is gearing up for the Spring 2016 General Thoracic Surgery Data Harvest. Here are the dates and information you will need for submitting data.

- February 29, 2016 - First day to submit data file
- March 18, 2016 - Harvest data submissions end
- March 25, 2016 - Final sign-off paperwork due
- Mid to late May 2016 - Final Report distribution
Data Capture Window
January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015 If this is your first time submitting data, procedure dates prior to January 1, 2013 may be submitted. Please contact your Data Submission Coordinator if you have any questions.
