Registration Information
Registrations must be postmarked or received via fax along with full payment by Sept. 8, 2010. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations. No refunds will be given after Sept. 8, 2010.
Housing Information
A block of rooms for AQO Conference attendees has been reserved on a first-come, first-served basis at the Swissôtel Chicago, 323 East Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60601. A special rate of $199 single/double, plus state and local taxes, has been arranged with the Swissôtel Chicago for all AQO Conference participants. These rates are guaranteed through October 11, 2010.
