The STS Data Warehouse is gearing up for the Fall 2008 General Thoracic Surgery Data Harvest. Here are the dates and information you will need for submitting data.

Future Harvest Schedules

• Schedule

• September 8, 2008 - Harvest begins. (First date to submit data file)
• September 26, 2008 - Harvest data file resubmissions end. (Last date to submit data file)
• October 3, 2008 - Final Sign-Off paperwork due.
• Late October 2008 - Report distribution 

• January 1, 2006 through June 30, 2008- If this is your first time submitting data, procedure dates prior to January 1, 2006 may be submitted. Please contact your Clinical Data Specialist if you have any questions.
