This wet lab aims to improve patient outcomes by enriching surgeon knowledge in the complete spectrum of the surgical treatment of mitral valve disease. The session is focused on mitral valve repair and mitral valve replacement with novel technologies. Cardiac surgeons will broaden their insight into the decision-making process and learn tips and tricks of mitral surgical techniques for repair/replacement.
