Intermacs Surgeon Worksheet Available

A Surgeon Worksheet, a convenient fillable form that allows you to quickly record implants by type, insertion approach, brand, and other details, is available in Appendix P of the Intermacs Database appendices. Also available in this collection of appendices are adverse event definitions, quality of life questionnaires, stroke scales, device brand lists, and more. Be sure to take advantage of these useful tools to make your data reporting run more smoothly.
