Enter Site Data by December 31
The deadline to submit Q4 data is quickly approaching. In order to be included in the Q4 Quality Assurance and Data Quality Reports, all data must be entered by December 31, 2018. Q4 reports will be released by March 31, 2019.
Additionally, Q3 reports recently were distributed. If you have any questions, review these FAQs. If you have potential inconsistencies listed in your Data Quality Report, please contact Maceo Cleggett to confirm whether the data are accurate.
