The STS Mentorship Program is designed to support STS members at all stages of their careers. Participation as a mentee can play an important role in your professional development as a cardiothoracic surgeon. Once your application has been received and reviewed, we will work to identify an appropriate mentor match based on your interests and goals. Please note that the matching process may take approximately 1–3 months. After a match has been confirmed, we will facilitate the initial introduction via email.
