The STS Mentorship Program is designed to support members at all stages of their careers. Your participation as a mentor plays a vital role in shaping and supporting the next generation of cardiothoracic surgeons, and we thank you in advance for your leadership and commitment. Once your application has been received and reviewed, we will work to identify an appropriate mentee match based on areas of interest and professional goals.
