Summary
This webinar will explore how circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) and minimal residual disease (MRD) can inform care across perioperative lung cancer care. Faculty will discuss practical approaches to ctDNA sampling before and after surgery, including its integration with imaging, and examine how MRD findings may guide conversations about treatment escalation, de-escalation, and clinical trial referral. The panel will also highlight emerging strategies for patients at higher risk, including non-pCR or MRD+ patients, and offer practical considerations for improving access and standardizing pathways in community settings to reduce recurrence.
