Summary
This STS South Asia webinar will bring together experienced aortic surgeons to discuss contemporary approaches to aortic root pathology, with a focus on practical decision-making in complex clinical scenarios. The discussion will cover indications for aortic root replacement, valve-sparing root replacement, the Bentall procedure, and strategies for challenging anatomical and intraoperative situations.
The webinar will provide an opportunity for cardiothoracic surgeons, trainees, and allied cardiovascular professionals across South Asia to learn from experienced international faculty, discuss challenging cases, and gain insights into contemporary surgical techniques and decision-making.
