STS Members who are on active duty in the U.S. military: contact the Meetings Department as you may be eligible for complimentary meeting registration.
*Plenary Livestream-Plus is a virtual-only registration option for those who cannot travel to San Antonio. It includes the opportunity to view four plenary sessions and the Presidential Address in real time via livestream, plus access to nearly all the content delivered during the meeting. Session recordings will be added to the meeting website within a few days of the event, for viewing on demand.

Cancelations
The Society of Thoracic Surgeons will issue a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, for all cancelations received in writing by January 19, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date. Send cancelation requests to the Annual Meeting Registration Support Center. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancelations of Plenary Livestream-Plus.
