Summary
In this webinar, a diverse panel of surgeons from Latin America and the United States will analyze in a multidisciplinary manner the surgical, physiological, and life-support challenges in the management of the neonate with complex congenital heart disease. The panel will emphasize intraoperative decision-making and early postoperative hemodynamic and respiratory management, including the role of neonatal ECMO as a rescue strategy and bridge to stability.
Analizar de forma multidisciplinaria los retos quirúrgicos, fisiológicos y de soporte vital en el manejo del neonato con cardiopatía congénita compleja, con énfasis en la toma de decisiones intraoperatorias y el manejo hemodinámico y respiratorio posoperatorio temprano, incluyendo el rol de ECMO neonatal como estrategia de rescate y puente a la estabilidad.
