As there are only a limited number of spots available, the course directors will consider each application before sending an acceptance and registration link. Attendees will not be fully registered until course directors guarantee that their experience level meets course requirements.

What is your level of training?
This course is designed for attending surgeons, bedside assistants, and other team members. Teams will be grouped together in the lab. Are you part of a robotic team that is also participating in the workshop?
1. Are you fully credentialed to perform cardiac surgery at your hospital of employment?
2. Are you committed to setting up a robotic cardiac surgery program at your hospital or have already started a program?
3. How many days per month do you or your team have access to robotic block time?
4. Does your hospital have a dedicated team of cardiac anesthesiologists?
5. How many total open heart cases are performed at your institution?
6. How many total index CABG cases have you performed in your career?
7. How many total index intracardiac mitral valve with/without surgical ablation cases have you performed?
8. How many of the total index intracardiac mitral valve cases have you performed within the last 2 years?
