Those who cannot travel to San Diego and attend in person can choose the Plenary Livestream-Plus option. It includes the opportunity to view four plenary sessions and the Presidential Address in real time via livestream, plus access to nearly all the content delivered during the meeting. Session recordings will be added to the meeting website within a few days of the event, for viewing on demand.
Recordings of all sessions will be available to all registrants for 1 year on the digital meeting platform. This provides a subsequent opportunity to earn significantly more continuing medical education credit beyond what you can earn during the live event.
Ticketed events (Hands-on courses and the President’s Reception) are available at an additional cost to in-person registrants.
Making your reservation through the official STS room blocks helps the Society continue to leverage the best possible pricing for its meeting attendees. Staying in the STS hotel block also may help facilitate informal connections and networking opportunities that occur at the hotels during the meeting. You must register for the Annual Meeting before you can book your housing. Reduced hotel rates are available through December 27, 2022.
Note: The Society has engaged Convention Management Resources (CMR) as the only approved official registration and housing provider for the STS Annual Meeting. Please be wary of any other companies ostensibly offering registration and/or housing assistance for the STS Annual Meeting. Such companies typically imply that they are working with STS, but in reality are unauthorized. Contact the STS Meetings Department if you are contacted by anyone other than CMR.
